- AllStars Merchant is a fast-growing provider of innovative payment gateway solutions for businesses of all sizes. We help merchants streamline their payment processing, reduce transaction fees, and offer secure, reliable services to their customers.\n
- As part of our expansion, we are seeking energetic and persuasive Appointment Setters to join our sales outreach team.\n
- Position Summary: The agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S., introducing All Star Merchant's payment gateway services, identifying decision-makers, and setting appointments for the sales team. This is a performance-driven role for someone with confidence, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.\n
- Key Responsibilities:\n - Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective business clients.\n - Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team. \n - Handle objections and answer basic questions about services. \n - Record call details and lead interactions in the CRM system. \n - Follow up with warm leads and maintain consistent communication. \n - Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.\n

Requirements
- Experience in cold calling is preferred but not mandatory.\n
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.\n
- Goal-driven with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.\n
- Comfortable using CRM systems, call dialers, and remote tools.\n
- Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics.\n
- Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment (remote setup).\n
- Must agree to be on Zoom for the entire shift (except during breaks).
