About the role

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing paperwork, and maintaining records. Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on repair status via phone, email, or online platforms. Collaborate with the auto body shop team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs. Prepare estimates for repairs and communicate the costs to customers. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the repairs and address any concerns. Manage online platforms and social media accounts to promote the auto body shop services. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry or auto body shop environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems, software, and online platforms for data entry, scheduling, and customer support. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment. Knowledge of auto body shop processes, repairs, and insurance claims is a plus. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members remotely. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
