About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assess the client's current financial situation (income, expenses, assets, liabilities)
Preliminary evaluation of feasibility and probability of success using a pool of over 400 lending institutions
Development of various possible financing options
Provide individualized advice and tailor financing plans to each client's goals and preferences
Advise and support clients from the initial consultation through the application process to the financing approval and notary appointment
Optimize protection for loans, property, income, and family and adapt coverage to the client's changing personal needs
