About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assess the client's current financial situation (income, expenses, assets, liabilities)
Conduct a preliminary assessment of feasibility and likelihood of approval from a pool of over 400 lending institutions
Develop various possible financing options
Provide personalized advice and tailor financing solutions to each client's goals and preferences
Provide advisory support throughout the process from the initial consultation and application to financing approval and the notary appointment
Optimize protection for loans, property, income, and family, and adjust coverages to the client's evolving personal needs

Requirements
