About the role

  • Intensive onboarding: From the start you will receive practical training on financial products, advisory techniques and sales processes.
  • Preparation for the IHK exams: Together with experienced mentors you will learn all the material required for exams under §34d, §34i or §34f of the German Trade Regulation (GewO).
  • Personal coaching: In regular feedback sessions we work on your strengths and offer clear development perspectives.
  • Supervised advisory experience: Already during the training you will have the opportunity to accompany initial client meetings or to conduct them under guidance.
  • Holistic advisory: You will analyze your clients’ financial situations and develop individual concepts for retirement provision, insurance and asset accumulation.
  • Building and growing your client base: Through marketing activities and proactive outreach you will establish your own network.
  • Independent scheduling and work organization: You plan your consultation appointments yourself and benefit from flexible working — whether in the office, from home or at clients’ premises.
  • Continuous professional development: Through regular specialist trainings, seminars and digital learning formats you will always stay up to date.

  • Motivation & willingness to learn: You are prepared to work into new topics and to take on responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills: Enjoy interacting with people, whether face-to-face or by phone.
  • Structured working style: Organizational talent and initiative help you to be successful independently.
  • Open to career changers: Whether you already have sales experience or come from another field — what matters is your willingness to learn.
  • Ideally: Initial knowledge in business administration, sales or financial topics (not required).
