About the role

  • Intensive onboarding: From day one you will receive practical training on financial products, advisory techniques and sales processes.
  • Preparation for IHK exams: Together with experienced mentors you will learn all the material required for exams under §34d, §34i or §34f of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO).
  • Personal coaching: Regular feedback sessions to build on your strengths and provide clear development prospects.
  • Supported advisory experience: During training you will have the opportunity to observe client meetings and, under supervision, conduct your own first consultations.
  • Holistic advisory approach: You will analyze clients’ financial situations and develop tailored plans for retirement provision, insurance and wealth accumulation.
  • Building and expanding your client base: Through marketing activities and proactive outreach you will grow your own network.
  • Independent scheduling and work organization: You plan your consultation appointments yourself and benefit from flexible working — whether in the office, from home or at the client’s location.
  • Continuous further education: Regular professional trainings, seminars and digital learning formats keep you up to date.

  • Motivation & willingness to learn: You are ready to dive into new topics and take on responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills: Enjoy interacting with people, both face-to-face and by phone.
  • Structured way of working: Organizational talent and initiative help you succeed independently.
  • Open to career changers: Whether you already have sales experience or come from another field — we value your willingness to learn.
  • Ideally: Initial knowledge in commercial areas, sales or financial topics (not required).
