About the role

  • Work with the co-founders, translating vision into executable plans
  • Drive company-wide initiatives (operations, recruiting, growth projects and marketing campaigns)
  • Build and refine existing processes to create a sustainable operation in a high-growth stage
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and execution for leadership initiatives
  • Prepare executive dashboards, decks, and decision memos
  • Identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and push projects to completion
  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, and operational reviews

Requirements

  • Graduate of a Business and Finance-related course
  • MBA degree (preferred)
  • 5+ years of professional experience in operations, strategy, consulting, PMO, or Chief of Staff–type roles
  • Strong business judgment and structured problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a startup / scale-up environment (not overly corporate)
  • Excellent communication skills—can work with founders, managers, and teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
  • Experience in professional services, outsourcing, SaaS, or finance is a plus
