About the role
- Work with the co-founders, translating vision into executable plans
- Drive company-wide initiatives (operations, recruiting, growth projects and marketing campaigns)
- Build and refine existing processes to create a sustainable operation in a high-growth stage
- Track priorities, deadlines, and execution for leadership initiatives
- Prepare executive dashboards, decks, and decision memos
- Identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and push projects to completion
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and operational reviews
Requirements
- Graduate of a Business and Finance-related course
- MBA degree (preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in operations, strategy, consulting, PMO, or Chief of Staff–type roles
- Strong business judgment and structured problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a startup / scale-up environment (not overly corporate)
- Excellent communication skills—can work with founders, managers, and teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
- Experience in professional services, outsourcing, SaaS, or finance is a plus
