Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure
Required certification: CCNA or JNCIA (ITIL Foundation is a plus)
Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network equipment
Strong knowledge of networking protocols including BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, TCP/IP, MPLS, and Spanning Tree
Experience with wireless networking, network monitoring, and diagnostic tools
Ability to support production environments, on-call rotations, and break/fix activities
Experience creating technical documentation, network diagrams, and operating procedures
Familiarity with network deployments, site surveys, and hardware validation/testing
Python and Ansible scripting experience is a plus
Strong communication, customer service, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
