About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Full-Life Cycle recruitment
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills
- Works with hiring managers to meet and exceed expectations throughout the hiring process
- Ensure client-specific compliance and follow the submission process
- Preferred experience recruiting in the State, Federal, Commercial contract space
- Supports proposal efforts with our Proposal team
- Target-oriented and able to handle surge recruitment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for federal agencies, working for clients
- Demonstrated knowledge of using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media
- Strong knowledge of immigration law
- Experience working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
- Experience with a high volume of requirements is required
