About the role

Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and scalable architecture standards.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Salesforce best practices.
Lead and participate in architecture, design, and implementation reviews.
Oversee system configuration, custom development, and third-party integrations.
Provide technical guidance to Salesforce developers, admins, and business analysts.
Evaluate and implement new Salesforce technologies and features.
Ensure platform security, compliance, and performance optimization.
Document architectural decisions, processes, and solution designs.
Support project planning, effort estimation, and delivery timelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
An advanced degree is preferred.
The Salesforce Developer shall have at least seven (7) years of experience with Salesforce platform and cloud offerings (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
Strong experience with Salesforce platform configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Flow.
Expertise in Salesforce integration tools and patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, ETL).
Deep understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and sharing rules.
Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (Only USC and Green card Holders for this position).
