About the role
- Own end-to-end recruiting for Glide, from workforce planning and role design to sourcing, closing, and onboarding
- Partner closely with founders and leaders to understand hiring needs and advise on org design and talent strategy
- Build scalable recruiting processes, tools, and best practices from the ground up
- Source and close exceptional candidates across engineering, product, design, and GTM roles
- Develop Glide’s employer brand and candidate experience
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to leadership as the company doubles in size
- Lay the foundation for a future recruiting team as Glide continues to scale
Requirements
- Have 5-10+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including early-stage or high-growth startups
- Have hired across technical and non-technical roles and are comfortable recruiting senior talent
- Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and enjoy building from zero
- Are deeply hands-on and excited to personally own critical searches
- Have strong judgment, empathy, and the ability to influence stakeholders
- Care deeply about candidate experience and long-term culture building
