About the role

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for Glide, from workforce planning and role design to sourcing, closing, and onboarding
  • Partner closely with founders and leaders to understand hiring needs and advise on org design and talent strategy
  • Build scalable recruiting processes, tools, and best practices from the ground up
  • Source and close exceptional candidates across engineering, product, design, and GTM roles
  • Develop Glide’s employer brand and candidate experience
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor to leadership as the company doubles in size
  • Lay the foundation for a future recruiting team as Glide continues to scale

Requirements

  • Have 5-10+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including early-stage or high-growth startups
  • Have hired across technical and non-technical roles and are comfortable recruiting senior talent
  • Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and enjoy building from zero
  • Are deeply hands-on and excited to personally own critical searches
  • Have strong judgment, empathy, and the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Care deeply about candidate experience and long-term culture building
