- Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Experience driving technical strategy and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example in a distributed environment.
- Passion for AI and experience integrating AI technologies into production systems is a plus.
