About the role

  • You are responsible for establishing and continuously improving our security and data protection framework for product, platform, operations and customer projects.
  • You ensure that security and data protection requirements are properly prioritized, clearly specified, organizationally embedded, technically implementable and demonstrably verifiable for customers, partners and auditors.
  • Build and manage security and privacy governance.
  • Develop a robust information security and data protection framework.
  • Establish and continuously evolve a pragmatic ISMS.
  • Implement policies, standards and control models.
  • Effectively embed data protection into product development and operations.
  • Ensure audit and certification readiness.
  • Strengthen customer- and tender-readiness.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in information security, data protection, GRC, compliance or cloud/SaaS security
  • Experience in building or further developing an ISMS
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, technical and organizational measures (TOMs), risk management, authorization models, incident processes and audit evidence
  • Experience translating regulatory requirements into practical processes and standards
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with engineering teams, management and customers
  • High organizational and structuring ability and pragmatic implementation skills
