About the role

  • You help our development teams across uninu, FoodGenius and Personal.manager to deliver noticeably better: less friction, fewer context switches, fewer blockers — more focus and greater predictability.
  • You work with the teams to improve flow (WIP, focus, dependencies, interfaces).
  • You identify impediments early and actively drive their resolution.
  • You facilitate the relevant ceremonies (e.g., Planning, Review, Retro) in a lean, outcome-oriented way.
  • You help ensure decisions are cleanly translated into implementation and reliably tracked.
  • You support cross-team coordination across the corporate group so that work does not get stuck between teams.
  • You work closely with the Head of Engineering and team leads to ensure that structures and standards are effective in day-to-day work.
  • You bring a solid security focus and help embed security-by-design into the delivery routine.
  • You support our goal of achieving ISO/IEC 27018 certification — primarily through clean processes, traceable workflows and reliable follow-up.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Delivery Coach in software teams.
  • Pragmatism and assertiveness: you don’t just facilitate — you get things moving.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, the ability to handle conflicts and clarity in communication.
  • Very strong communication skills are essential.
  • German at C2 level is required (written and spoken).
