About the role
- Conduct comprehensive Financial Due Diligence reviews and analyze the opportunities and risks associated with transactions
- Be part of the advisory team serving companies and investors in the context of acquisitions and divestitures
- Serve as the primary point of contact for transactions you support
- Develop recommendations and decision-making materials
- Support the ongoing development and improvement of M&A processes
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in economics/business administration or a comparable field
- At least 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in Financial Due Diligence and, where applicable, company valuations
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Excellent analytical skills and a precise, detail-oriented working style
- High level of professionalism, well-developed commercial judgment and a hands-on mentality
