About the role

  • Work closely with our Shared Services Centre to ensure local HR operations and processes run smoothly.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring the best employee experience.
  • Support the management of outsourced employees along with our partners.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Prepare HR reports and data to support decision-making and compliance.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll in partnership with our payroll partners across multiple countries.
  • Support administration of employee benefits and ensure accuracy of related data.
  • Act as first point of contact for employee payroll and benefits queries.
  • Coordinate government relations (PRO) activities through external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regional employment regulations.
  • Support annual HR processes such as compensation reviews, performance cycles, and budgeting exercises.
  • Provide support for performance management, annual salary review and bonus processes.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment with HR Shared Services and Centres of Excellence.
  • Assist the team in organising training sessions and learning activities.
  • Provide support for wellbeing and employee engagement programmes.
  • Help coordinate HR communications and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Personnel/Labour relations, or Law.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant and progressive hands-on work experience in the HR domain in international and multicultural work environments.
  • Having a continuous improvement mindset and are ready to face challenges with a positive and constructive approach.
  • A good understanding of the employment and legal landscape in the UAE and the broader Middle East region.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and organization skills.
  • Strong knowledge in Excel and HR Management systems.
  • Excellent oral and written proficiency in the English language.
  • A good team player and comfortable with diversity.
