About the role

  • As Account Manager - Fine Fragrance, you will combine the responsibilities of both Account Manager and Business Development Manager.
  • Drive Business Growth: Actively pursue new business opportunities within designated accounts and markets to enhance Givaudan's market presence and revenue both top and bottom lines.
  • Cultivate Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring that client needs are fully understood and effectively met.
  • Market Monitoring: Closely monitor customer, trend, market movement and competitor activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information to support strategic decision-making.
  • Account Planning: Develop and track Account Plans for key accounts, ensuring alignment with broader business development goals.
  • Presentations & Marketing Engagement: Create, Develop, Deliver strategic goals and tailored internal and external presentations that support commercial targets.
  • Creativity: Inspire creativity by generating insights and introducing new thinking that drives customer interest and creates market differentiation.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and create opportunities for Givaudan to participate in targeted briefs and projects that align with strategic objectives and growth ambitions.

Requirements

  • Passionate about fragrances.
  • Graduate or post-graduate with 3–10 years’ experience in any industry (prior Commercial or Business Development experience advantageous).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, teamworking, able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong Analytical thinker with a multidimensional problem-solving approach.
  • Results-driven, motivated to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Skilled in creating and delivering presentations, with the ability to effectively present to clients as part of marketing and business development efforts.
  • Agile in a high matrix organization.
