About the role
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the vendor portfolio to identify opportunities for consolidation, preferred supplier selection, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to validate and approve preferred suppliers based on predefined criteria.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure vendor selections are aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify suppliers suitable for deactivation or replacement by marketplaces based on low activity or spend.
- Communicate insights to partners to promote informed decision-making.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of vendor data in SAP, especially regarding contact information and payment terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with procurement tools (e.g., SAP, Ariba).
- Advanced written and spoken English is required and preferably Portuguese.
