About the role
- Conduct analyses and studies to support Management in managing our compensation programmes following our global Rewards strategy.
- Report into the Regional Compensation & Payroll Manager.
Requirements
- +2 years of experience
- Advanced Excel skills (financial models, pivot tables).
- Advanced English (verifiable).
- HRIS (SAP HCM/SuccessFactors or similar).
- Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Ticket and incident management with vendors.
- Ability to work accurately and detect errors in calculations.
- Experience with life insurance and major medical expense insurance processes.
- Familiarity with relevant labor and tax laws
