About the role

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation integrity by managing regulatory data on natural ingredients and compliance requirements within our systems.
  • Collaborate with operations to develop a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing processes for various natural ingredients.
  • Act as the Regulatory Expert for management of natural ingredients.
  • Provide operational teams with regulatory guidance and translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable information to support decision-making and promote a culture of compliance.
  • Gather and analyze information necessary to ensure product compliance for naturals.
  • Interpret chemical, natural-ingredient, and customer requirements to identify and implement required changes in compliance systems.
  • Participate in global projects focused on regulatory data integrity, with an emphasis on natural ingredients.

Requirements

  • University degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field (Master’s; Ph.D. advantageous), with emphasis on natural ingredients and chemical characterization
  • At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in regulatory affairs, including registration of natural products and botanical expertise
  • Knowledge of global chemical compliance and classification, with experience in chemical and consumer product regulations
  • Familiarity with global chemical control legislation and knowledge of EU REACH
  • Experience with regulatory database management and SAP EH&S
  • Strong affinity for information systems with SAP skills; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of the specifics of manufacturing processes for different natural ingredients
  • Fluent in English and communicative in French
