About the role
- Ensure correct and daily execution of main responsibilities within the Customer Care Support Office
- Build relationships within local team
- Communicate with internal and external partners by phone or email
- Daily communication and collaboration with customer care front office
- Resolve issues and handle customer complaints internally and externally
- Monitor invoicing and perform order entry for all accounts
- Improve customer KPI's with a mindset of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain Management, Sales, or equivalent
- Advanced level of English
- 0-18 months of experience in Customer Care
- Experience with SAP
- Good Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) or equivalent tools
