About the role

  • Ensure correct and daily execution of main responsibilities within the Customer Care Support Office
  • Build relationships within local team
  • Communicate with internal and external partners by phone or email
  • Daily communication and collaboration with customer care front office
  • Resolve issues and handle customer complaints internally and externally
  • Monitor invoicing and perform order entry for all accounts
  • Improve customer KPI's with a mindset of continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain Management, Sales, or equivalent
  • Advanced level of English
  • 0-18 months of experience in Customer Care
  • Experience with SAP
  • Good Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) or equivalent tools
