About the role
- To support the sales team with general operations, such as sending samples, following up orders and applying for regulatory documents
- To support sales in making quotation and prepare agreement, maintain client database and follow up A/R status and sales data and statistics
- Provide other related support to sales team
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 1-2 years related working experience in sales support or customer care would be an advantage. Fresh graduate will be acceptable
- Good team player and willing to communicate
- Good communication skills with internal and external parties
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) is required. (CET6 or above)
- SAP or ERP experience will be a benefit
