About the role
- Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting in coordinating office maintenance and deliveries
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies
- Handling courier services; shipments of bases and samples
- Coordinating with facility agency to make sure office is tidy and clean at all times according to Givaudan Guidelines
- Hotel and flight booking for guests
- Organizing workshops and events supporting sales team with the customers
- Handling data entry and basic reports or documents requested
- Maintaining a contact list that facilitate the activities of the office
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Discretion and confidentiality
