About the role
- Leading a team of technicians in troubleshooting and resolving the faults in PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and control circuits
- Monitor and improve performance of automation equipment to reduce downtime
- Responsible for maintaining and updating detailed maintenance records using CMMS
- Skilled in the installation, configuration, and calibration of sensors, VFDs, and other industrial control devices
- Support the commissioning of new equipment and the upgrade of existing systems
- Participate in the preparation of business cases and related project plans
- Maintain quality control of deliverables
- Write and compile all required technical reports
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and place orders in collaboration with the purchasing department
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Automation Engineering or related discipline
- Plant Engineering or Maintenance Certification
- Project Management Certification is preferable
- 2 to 4 years of experience in electrical & automation maintenance
- Good command in TPM, KPI, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and project controlling tools
- Good knowledge of EHS rules and guidelines
