• Leading a team of technicians in troubleshooting and resolving the faults in PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and control circuits
• Monitor and improve performance of automation equipment to reduce downtime
• Responsible for maintaining and updating detailed maintenance records using CMMS
• Skilled in the installation, configuration, and calibration of sensors, VFDs, and other industrial control devices
• Support the commissioning of new equipment and the upgrade of existing systems
• Participate in the preparation of business cases and related project plans
• Maintain quality control of deliverables
• Write and compile all required technical reports
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and place orders in collaboration with the purchasing department
