About the role
- Grow top line of the clients assigned.
- Screen the market to find new business opportunities.
- Manage long terms relations and generate the appropriate level of intimacy with the clients assigned.
- Develop a tailor made sales strategy for each key client.
- This includes the implementation of proactive ac-tions/projects needed to generate top line growth.
- Keep under control profitability and implement all actions needed to defend the company margins.
- Ensure the optimal level of exchanges with the Development Centers and the other relevant Corporate functions.
- Keep under control costs linked to the sales activity, mainly travelling and entertainment.
- Keep management informed through regular business/visits reports.
- Manage and resolve client complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements
- University level or equivalent, a MBA would represent an element of preference.
- Native Spanish speaker, English and Catalan fluency at professional level.
- Knowledge of French is appreciated.
- 8/10 years in sales positions in the fragrance industry.
- Candidates coming from FMCG companies with exposure to fragrance related activities may be considered.
