Support with administrative work
Participate actively in the pricing process for Sales Managers' negotiations (preparation, implementation, verification of price lists, etc.), ensuring deadlines are respected
Complete negotiation files for Sales Managers with data required for negotiations
Complete customer RFQs with data requested by customers
Create sales reports needed for our sales tools
Ensure accurate information is updated in SAP
Respond precisely and promptly to specific customer requests (sampling, regulatory documents, technical product details, etc.)
Communicate with clarity on product updates to customers as and when information is shared internally
Share information with, or gather information from, internal stakeholders as required
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies and ordering new ones
Participate in training and guide the apprentice
Requirements
CFC or similar education
At least 3 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in a B2B environment
Fluent French and English
Excellent multi-tasking and computer skills (including MS Office suite, Google Mail and SAP)
Demonstrate strong ability to produce and work with complex Excel workbooks (functions, pivot tables, etc.)
