About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive US pricing policy strategy and enterprise positioning in response to the IRA and evolving federal policy landscape
Direct quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess pricing reform impacts
Provide insights on CMS pricing methodologies and outcomes
Shape and advance the company’s federal policy agenda on drug pricing and the value of medicines
Drive end-to-end analytical readiness for the Medicare price negotiation process
Develop advocacy materials to defend against MFN pricing in public programs
Advance strategies to articulate the value of medicines
Collaborate with Public Affairs to establish strategic policy positions related to access to Gilead products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, public policy, or related sectors or master's degree with 12 years of related experience
Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MD, PhD, MPP, MA, MBA)
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated project management expertise
Proven ability to lead through influence in a highly matrixed environment
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint
