Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, public policy, or related sectors or master's degree with 12 years of related experience
  • Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MD, PhD, MPP, MA, MBA)
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated project management expertise
  • Proven ability to lead through influence in a highly matrixed environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint
