About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of Supply Chain Data Professionals to support PDM’s governance and stewardship for Materials and Planning related data objects
- Develop a Global Supply Chain data strategy, roadmap, policies, procedures, and operational framework
- Ensure continuous development and optimization of data governance practices
- Design, recruit, staff and lead an organization for material and network planning data standards
- Create a culture of continuous improvement across the end-to-end Supply Chain
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of relevant experience in related field and a BS or BA; or 10+ years of relevant experience and an MA/MBA
- comprehensive understanding of the financial aspects of Supply Chain operations
- strong leadership capabilities
- ability to develop complex concepts and solutions to complex problems
- able to interpret, execute, and recommend modifications to department policies
