About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of Supply Chain Data Professionals to support PDM’s governance and stewardship for Materials and Planning related data objects
  • Develop a Global Supply Chain data strategy, roadmap, policies, procedures, and operational framework
  • Ensure continuous development and optimization of data governance practices
  • Design, recruit, staff and lead an organization for material and network planning data standards
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement across the end-to-end Supply Chain

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in related field and a BS or BA; or 10+ years of relevant experience and an MA/MBA
  • comprehensive understanding of the financial aspects of Supply Chain operations
  • strong leadership capabilities
  • ability to develop complex concepts and solutions to complex problems
  • able to interpret, execute, and recommend modifications to department policies
