About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner across the organization to lead and develop U.S. oncology launch, in-line, and lifecycle access strategies
  • Monitor oncology access trends, policy changes, and competitive dynamics
  • Ensure organizational alignment on factors influencing coverage and patient access
  • Develop comprehensive access strategic market access plans
  • Serve as Market Access point during brand planning
  • Develop GPO/society promotional strategy and own its execution
  • Build and maintain deep customer expertise through collaboration
  • Serve as key contributor to market research identification and strategy
  • Partner with Global Value & Access and Global Commercial Product Strategy teams
  • Oversee budgets for execution of access initiatives
  • Lead and interface with agencies in creation of strategy and materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years of work experience with Bachelor's degree; 10+ years of work experience with Master's degree
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in Oncology buy and bill market access
  • Experience in breast, lung and/or endometrial therapeutic areas an added plus
  • Demonstrate a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities
  • Possess a deep understanding of the US healthcare environment buy and bill access space
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategies
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Advanced strategic thinking skills and strategic story-telling skills
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to navigate internal organization/processes
