About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner across the organization to lead and develop U.S. oncology launch, in-line, and lifecycle access strategies
Monitor oncology access trends, policy changes, and competitive dynamics
Ensure organizational alignment on factors influencing coverage and patient access
Develop comprehensive access strategic market access plans
Serve as Market Access point during brand planning
Develop GPO/society promotional strategy and own its execution
Build and maintain deep customer expertise through collaboration
Serve as key contributor to market research identification and strategy
Partner with Global Value & Access and Global Commercial Product Strategy teams
Oversee budgets for execution of access initiatives
Lead and interface with agencies in creation of strategy and materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of work experience with Bachelor's degree; 10+ years of work experience with Master's degree
MBA or other advanced degree preferred
Experience in Oncology buy and bill market access
Experience in breast, lung and/or endometrial therapeutic areas an added plus
Demonstrate a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities
Possess a deep understanding of the US healthcare environment buy and bill access space
Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategies
Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently
Advanced strategic thinking skills and strategic story-telling skills
Clear communication skills and the ability to navigate internal organization/processes
