Key responsibilities & impact

shape and drive the end-to-end strategical learning strategy for Gilead’s HIV Prevention (PrEP) commercial organization
ensure learning solutions are tightly aligned to brand strategy, launch priorities, and evolving customer and market needs
partner closely with the PrEP field ecosystem and cross-functional stakeholders
lead the long-range learning and capability strategy for the HIV PrEP franchise
create, execute, and present data-driven learning strategies and training execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ Years with BS/BA OR 10+ Years with MS/MA or MBA
10+ years of experience in biopharma or healthcare
significant experience in Commercial Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, or Commercial Strategy
strong background in HIV and/or PrEP
proven ability to think strategically
excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) and/or formal training in adult learning or instructional design
