About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Design Manager in the planning, coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary design projects.
Coordinate design activities between internal disciplines, external consultants, and project stakeholders.
Monitor project schedules, design deliverables, and key milestones.
Facilitate design coordination meetings and track actions to closure.
Assist in managing project risks, design changes, and quality assurance processes.
Support client engagement, presentations, and project reporting activities.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, company standards, and local authority regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
5–10 years of experience in design management, project coordination, or multidisciplinary design consultancy.
Experience delivering Property & Buildings projects within the Middle East.
Strong understanding of design development and project delivery processes.
Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with project planning tools and BIM coordination would be advantageous.
