About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Design Manager in the planning, coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary design projects.
- Coordinate design activities between internal disciplines, external consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules, design deliverables, and key milestones.
- Facilitate design coordination meetings and track actions to closure.
- Assist in managing project risks, design changes, and quality assurance processes.
- Support client engagement, presentations, and project reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, company standards, and local authority regulations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in design management, project coordination, or multidisciplinary design consultancy.
- Experience delivering Property & Buildings projects within the Middle East.
- Strong understanding of design development and project delivery processes.
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project planning tools and BIM coordination would be advantageous.
