About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide delivery leadership and governance for a portfolio of projects within a program.
Approve project planning and ensure execution aligns with requirements.
Lead monthly project health reviews.
Ensure document control and traceability.
Define and manage communications, approvals, and schedule control.
Oversee vendor and subcontractor governance.
Enforce verification and deliverable quality requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, geology, environmental science, or a related field.
Holding (or in the process of obtaining) a professional engineer license from the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or a geologist license from the Ordre des géologues du Québec (OGQ) is an asset.
More than 10 years' experience in environmental consulting, including contaminated site remediation, site environmental assessments, report writing, data management and interpretation, project coordination, and client relationship management.
OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification considered an asset.
Ability and willingness to travel to meet clients as required.
Experience with high-volume, recurring programs where standardization and automation are used to improve efficiency.
Familiarity with analytics dashboards and data management practices that support compliance monitoring and decision-making.
