About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a key role in the technical management and delivery of projects.
- Contribute to project teams for tailings storage facilities.
- Contribute to the development of client relationships at both the national and international level.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members at GHD.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hold a university degree in engineering; a graduate degree is an asset.
- Experience in the design of mine tailings management structures, including the preparation and drafting of design reports.
- More than 5 years of relevant experience.
- Hold (or be in the process of obtaining) a professional engineering license and be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs (OIQ).
- Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Dynamic individual, ready to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
