About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee end-to-end management of environmental and mining projects, from planning through delivery.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure project quality, cost control, and schedule adherence.
- Contribute to strategic sector development, mentor and support teams, and strengthen business relationships.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise execution of projects in the mining environment.
- Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements and the firm's quality standards.
- Lead internal technical teams and external consultants within a multidisciplinary framework.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in engineering (environmental, geological, mining, civil, or related field).
- Active member in good standing of a professional regulatory association (e.g., OIQ).
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including management of large-scale projects in the mining and environmental sectors.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Microsoft Office suite, ERP systems).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingualism (French and English*) required, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
