Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the management of building and infrastructure projects across their lifecycle, including programming, contract administration, cost control, procurement, stakeholder management and reporting.
Work in teams to help deliver exciting projects, contribute to bids and tenders, and even get hands-on with occasional site work.
Get a broad look at the many career pathways available at GHD—because no future should come with split ends!
In your first year, focus on the fundamentals of consulting to help find your rhythm in the industry.
By year two, you’ll have the flexibility to style your development, whether that’s diving deeper into your technical development or soaking up wisdom from your mentors.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Students who are set to graduate by the end of 2026, or have recently graduated in Project Management, Engineering (any discipline) or Architecture.
