About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- lead effective proposal writing and presentation development tailored to municipal client Request for Proposals (RFP)
- manage aggressive deadlines while delivering quality work with attention to detail
- review RFP, RFI, RFQ and bid opportunities
- customize proposal templates and responses based on specifications
- write, develop and edit end-to-end proposal content
- take ownership of the proposal document and manage timely creation
- improve proposal quality and redesign processes
- meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities
- maintain proposal response library
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- familiarity with web development industry
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to create original, compelling, compliant content
- ability to interview technical SMEs and translate information into compelling proposals
- proficient with Microsoft Office products, primarily Word and Excel
- proven strong written and verbal communication skills
- exceptional organizational skills
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
