About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, technical standards, and project objectives.
- Prepare and review engineering designs, calculations, reports, and specifications for Dams & Tailings, Energy & Industrial, and Land Development sectors.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
- Support and mentor junior engineers and team members, helping to build technical capability across the team.
- Contribute to project proposals, tenders, methodologies, and technical submissions as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects, with demonstrated experience in design delivery and technical leadership.
- Strong civil engineering design background across Dams & Tailings, Energy & Industrial, and Land Development sectors
- Experience in leading design reviews, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing technical oversight.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across local and global teams.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior engineers and contribute to team development.
- Proactive, quality-focused, and solutions-oriented approach to project delivery.
- Experience in proposals, tenders, and work-winning activities is an advantage.
