About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a leadership role in process planning and design for water and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
- Deliver high-quality process investigations, analysis and design across the full design lifecycle.
- Be recognized as a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Leading and winning work and market-led innovative offerings. Take a leading role in driving proposals and our pursuit strategy.
- Provide technical governance / design reviews.
- Mentoring and coaching of developing team members.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree and RPEQ, or ability to obtain.
- Significant relevant experience in water treatment process engineering, ideally gained within a consultancy environment.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in the operation, planning and/or design of drinking and/or industrial water treatment infrastructure and associated works.
- Experience with leading and supporting delivery of bids for local and national clients.
- Desire to support the development and mentoring of our graduate and developing engineers.
