About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer the Contract in accordance with the applicable Conditions of Contract (such as but not limited to FIDIC Red, Yellow, or Silver Books) and project-specific requirements on behalf of the Client.
Ensure the Contractor’s compliance with contractual obligations, including insurances, bonds, permits, programmes, and statutory requirements.
Monitor and manage contractual correspondence, notices, determinations, approvals, and instructions in line with contractual procedures and timelines.
Monitor and ensure that contractual mechanisms are complied with by all parties.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
Proven experience in contract administration or construction management roles, preferably acting on behalf of a Client/Owner or Engineer/Consultant on infrastructure, energy, or major projects
Working knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent standard forms of contract, with practical experience in construction-phase administration
Formal training in FIDIC Contracts is a plus
Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication skills
