About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer the Contract in accordance with the applicable Conditions of Contract (such as but not limited to FIDIC Red, Yellow, or Silver Books) and project-specific requirements on behalf of the Client.
- Ensure the Contractor’s compliance with contractual obligations, including insurances, bonds, permits, programmes, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor and manage contractual correspondence, notices, determinations, approvals, and instructions in line with contractual procedures and timelines.
- Monitor and ensure that contractual mechanisms are complied with by all parties.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
- Proven experience in contract administration or construction management roles, preferably acting on behalf of a Client/Owner or Engineer/Consultant on infrastructure, energy, or major projects
- Working knowledge of FIDIC or equivalent standard forms of contract, with practical experience in construction-phase administration
- Formal training in FIDIC Contracts is a plus
- Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication skills
