About the role
- Creating and updating project plans to keep everything on track.
- Helping define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Gathering and managing project requirements clearly and accurately.
- Coordinating tasks and supporting small teams to meet deadlines.
- Managing resources and supporting budget tracking.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other key documents.
- Ensuring projects meet quality, time, and budget expectations.
- Supporting project handover and capturing lessons learned.
Requirements
- Experience in documentation management and project controls.
- Experience with tools like ProjectWise, Aconex, ACC, Ineight, EDMS, and SharePoint.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ideally with experience using other software packages.
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
