About the role
- Work on a broad spectrum of electrical aspects for multiple projects
- Completing condition assessments for various facilities
- Preparing detailed design drawing packages
- Electrical systems modeling using ETAP, SKM, or Easy Power
- Preparing and leading electrical-specific meetings with clients
- Support during tendering and construction
- Ensuring compliance with electrical codes and standards
Requirements
- B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- Registered member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario, P.Eng. license considered an asset
- 5-10 years of experience in design and implementation of electrical systems
- Fire Alarm systems design experience considered an asset
- Excellent knowledge of Canadian electrical codes and standards
- Strong analytical skills
- Well organized and able to multitask
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- G class driver’s license considered an asset
