About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on a broad spectrum of electrical aspects for multiple projects
Completing condition assessments for various facilities
Preparing detailed design drawing packages
Electrical systems modeling using ETAP, SKM, or Easy Power
Preparing and leading electrical-specific meetings with clients
Support during tendering and construction
Ensuring compliance with electrical codes and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
Registered member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario, P.Eng. license considered an asset
5-10 years of experience in design and implementation of electrical systems
Fire Alarm systems design experience considered an asset
Excellent knowledge of Canadian electrical codes and standards
Strong analytical skills
Well organized and able to multitask
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
G class driver’s license considered an asset
