Key responsibilities & impact

Direct and responsible for the development of design work without supervision.
Lead production of technical drawings and specifications.
Coordinate the related work of other disciplines.
Manage large, highly complex projects and teams.
Mentor less experienced staff throughout the project.
Formulate project work plans based on approved scope of work.
Manage daily activities of the architectural project team and ensure technical quality of Construction Documents.
Assist Project Manager in adhering to project schedule and budget.
Provide resource/budget forecasting.
Initiate and orchestrate work of the entire project team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
NCARB certificate required.
LEED Certification preferred.
WELL Building Certification preferred.
Registered Architect.
25+ years related architecture experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
Familiar with BIM360 and point cloud software.
Familiar with Revit modeling according to company standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
