About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive client support and build long-term partnerships
- Analyze client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions
- Conduct advisory meetings and presentations
- Identify potential within existing and new clients
- Independently acquire new industrial clients
- Further develop advisory approaches within the team
- Maintain close communication and collaboration with clients, insurers and internal departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training as an insurance specialist (e.g., Versicherungskaufmann) or merchant for insurance and financial services, or a comparable qualification/degree
- Several years of sales experience, ideally at an insurance broker or in industrial insurance
- Structured, goal-oriented work style and high self-motivation
- Resilience and determination
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Service-oriented mindset

- Strong communication skills
