About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive client support and build long-term partnerships
  • Analyze client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions
  • Conduct advisory meetings and presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training as an insurance specialist (e.g., Versicherungskaufmann) or merchant for insurance and financial services, or a comparable qualification/degree
  • Several years of sales experience, ideally at an insurance broker or in industrial insurance
  • Structured, goal-oriented work style and high self-motivation
  • Resilience and determination
