Design and ship integrations across core platforms (data warehouse, accounting, HRIS, case/practice tools, etc.)
Develop internal and client-facing apps in the .NET ecosystem
Ensure CMS feed is cleared daily
Complete all assigned tasks by relevant deadlines
Document all relevant activity in CMS properly
Clear emails daily
Implement and maintain integrations between key firm systems
Ship maintainable .NET web apps with clean architecture and strong authentication/authorization
Manage secrets, apply least-privilege access, instrument audit trails, and uphold privacy requirements
Translate business workflows into technical designs; write specs, tests, and clear documentation; participate in code reviews
Create and update documentation
Travel to secondary office locations as requested
Attend regular meetings with the IT Team
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or 4+ years of relevant experience
Professional software engineering building production systems
C# and .NET development including ASP.NET Core experience
Building and maintaining REST APIs/integrations with third-party SaaS
Experience with Git and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Front-end experience with Razor/Blazor or TypeScript and a modern JS framework with at least one shipped UI on the resume
Experience working with relational databases, writing SQL or using an ORM.
