About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, milestones, and success criteria
Facilitate steering committee updates and executive reporting
Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, release planning, demos, and retrospectives across cross-functional teams
Coordinate integration activities between Salesforce and corporate platforms, data services, and third-party applications
Ensure alignment with security, audit, and compliance requirements
Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks and impediments
Monitor project finances, resource utilization, and capacity forecasting as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing projects for enterprise software implementations
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
Experience leading Salesforce initiatives in complex corporate environments
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core platform capabilities
Experience managing globally distributed teams across multiple time zones
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies
Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to collaborate across business, technology, product, and vendor teams
Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst or Salesforce Consultant certification (preferred)
PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred)
Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (preferred)
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (preferred)
