About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

We are looking for an RPA professional with strong experience in Automation Anywhere to lead strategic automation initiatives, ensuring standardization, scalability, governance and sustainability of the developed solutions.
This professional will act as the technical reference for the team, supporting architectural decisions, promoting development best practices and contributing directly to the evolution of the organization's automation strategy.
Provide technical leadership to the RPA development team, promoting best practices and development standards.
Design, review and validate automation architectures using Automation Anywhere (A360).
Participate in the technical prioritization of the backlog together with stakeholders and business areas.
Ensure quality, governance, scalability and reuse of developed automations.
Conduct code reviews, advanced troubleshooting and provide support for automations in production.
Develop and integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases and enterprise systems.
Support the definition of indicators (KPIs) and monitor results of automation initiatives.
Promote a culture of automation, innovation and continuous improvement.
Contribute to the evolution of the RPA governance framework and operating model.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in development and technical leadership of projects using Automation Anywhere (A360 or Enterprise).
Experience in architecture and implementation of RPA solutions in corporate environments.
Experience with maintenance, monitoring and evolution of automations in production.
Technical knowledge: advanced bot development using Task Bots, Meta Bots and IQ Bot.
RPA architecture and best practices: exception handling, logging and monitoring, code versioning, standardization and component reuse.
Integration via REST and SOAP APIs.
Data handling in JSON and XML.
Relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle or similar).
Git for code versioning.
Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
Environment management and orchestration using Automation Anywhere Control Room.
