About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, implement and maintain automation solutions using RPA platforms.
- Analyze requirements and map processes together with business areas.
- Perform corrective, evolutionary and sustainment maintenance of automations in production environments.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, handbooks, test scripts and change logs.
- Create and execute functional and technical test scenarios, ensuring delivery quality.
- Monitor robot execution, identify failures and handle incident resolution.
- Apply development best practices, versioning, code review and RPA governance.
- Integrate automations with APIs, databases and corporate applications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement of automated processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in developing and supporting RPA solutions.
- Knowledge of at least one of the following platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate or Blue Prism.
- Experience with integration via REST APIs, JSON and SQL databases.
- Knowledge of programming languages, preferably Python and Java.
- Experience with version control and DevOps tools such as Git, GitLab and Jenkins.
- Experience preparing technical documentation and executing quality assurance (QA) tests.
- Knowledge of monitoring, troubleshooting and supporting production environments.
- Certifications in Automation Anywhere A360, UiPath or Power Platform (preferred).
- Experience in Automation Centers of Excellence (CoE) (preferred).
- Knowledge of SAP, Office 365, VBA and VBScript (preferred).
- Experience in the financial, insurance, legal and healthcare sectors (preferred).
- Knowledge of low-code tools such as Power Apps and OutSystems (preferred).
- Intermediate English for reading and interpreting technical documentation (preferred).
