About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the lead responsible for the architectural design of the Salesforce solution
- Define architecture for Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Digital Engagement and Experience Cloud
- Support decisions related to single org, security, permissions and logical segregation
- Design integrations with systems such as Talkdesk, AWS, Helix, Jira, SAP, RPA, B3 GPT and IAM
- Guide the data model, Case Management, automations and SLA definitions
- Serve as a technical reference for the development and consulting teams
- Ensure adherence to best practices for scalability, security and governance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect in enterprise projects
- Knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Digital Engagement
- Experience with integrations and APIs (REST, events, etc.)
- Knowledge of security and governance in Salesforce
- Experience with Apex and Triggers
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Experience with tools and integrations such as Ab Initio (Continuous Flows)
- Experience in complex corporate environments with multiple integrated systems
