About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and governance;
Develop and monitor the schedule, project plan, status reports, and risk plan;
Oversee Salesforce workstreams, integrations, data, migration, testing, and deployment;
Monitor dependencies with internal teams, Salesforce, and third-party vendors;
Support governance rituals, executive reporting, and change control;
Contribute to maintaining adherence to scope, schedule, quality, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in project management, preferably in complex corporate environments;
Experience in Salesforce or enterprise CRM projects;
Experience with Service Cloud, integrations, and data migration;
Familiarity with agile methodologies and hybrid governance;
Knowledge of Process Management and Process Analysis;
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
