  • Support tribes and leadership in advancing maturity, sustaining the agile model, and delivering results in complex corporate environments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience working as an Agile Coach, with hands-on experience in scaling agility.
  • Experience in agile transformation in large companies with multiple tribes and squads.
  • Practical experience in: tribe ramp-up, sustaining the agile model, organizational maturity evolution, direct engagement with senior leadership, CPOs, Tribe Leads and executives.
  • Experience in high organizational complexity environments, with cross-dependencies and cultural change.
  • Concrete cases of work in: implementing OKRs, improving metrics and indicators, removing organizational impediments, leadership coaching, adapting the approach according to the tribe's maturity.
  • Preferred experience in industries such as banking, insurance, payments, technology, operations, channels or infrastructure.
  • For technical tribes, experience in infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, operations, SRE, ITSM or engineering is desirable.
  • Hard Skills: SAFe in practice, with real experience in agility at scale (not just certification).
  • Strong experience in Scrum, Kanban, flow management, dependencies and cross-team facilitation.
  • Experience with OKRs, metrics, dashboards and analysis of operational indicators.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow.
