Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 4+ years of experience working as an Agile Coach, with hands-on experience in scaling agility.
Experience in agile transformation in large companies with multiple tribes and squads.
Practical experience in: tribe ramp-up, sustaining the agile model, organizational maturity evolution, direct engagement with senior leadership, CPOs, Tribe Leads and executives.
Experience in high organizational complexity environments, with cross-dependencies and cultural change.
Concrete cases of work in: implementing OKRs, improving metrics and indicators, removing organizational impediments, leadership coaching, adapting the approach according to the tribe's maturity.
Preferred experience in industries such as banking, insurance, payments, technology, operations, channels or infrastructure.
For technical tribes, experience in infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, operations, SRE, ITSM or engineering is desirable.
Hard Skills: SAFe in practice, with real experience in agility at scale (not just certification).
Strong experience in Scrum, Kanban, flow management, dependencies and cross-team facilitation.
Experience with OKRs, metrics, dashboards and analysis of operational indicators.
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence and ServiceNow.
